The Upcountry Fiber Foundation was begun because we care deeply about our community. Our neighbors are warm and honorable people and we wanted to create a foundation that reflected those traits. That’s why the Upcountry Fiber Foundation supports initiatives and individuals throughout the Upstate with a special focus on youth development, arts and cultural enrichment, human services, and basic needs for people and animals alike. Since our inception as a company, our goal has been to provide those who are underserved with high-speed internet service. We believe that living in a more rural area is no reason to feel left behind. Our initial reason for being was to make a positive difference in our community and we continue, through our foundation, to demonstrate our care and concern for those who live here. Those in our community might not always feel seen. But we see them. We care about them. We appreciate them. And we’ll continue to do our best to make their lives better through our businesses and our foundation.
